Ron Weber is a fearless, compassionate, luminary driven licensed architect, advocate for positive growth and associate at Pappageorge Haymes Partners in Chicago, IL with 13 years of experience. He received a B.A. in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago with Department Honor of Highest Distinction in Architecture. Directly after graduating in 2006 he joined a small firm in Niles, Metro.Arch, that embraced BIM. Ron quickly picked up the modeling and coordination process involved, created the firm’s BIM standards, templates and implemented BIM on all projects to include a 4-story 12 dwelling unit condominium and a 22-story 166 dwelling unit mixed-use tower. He later brought that BIM experience to Pappageorge Haymes Partners where he continued to inspire the firm’s BIM implementation on all projects to include a 3-story early education and elementary school and Wolf Point East, a 60-story 698 dwelling unit residential tower. He is currently on the executive committee for the Chicago Chapter of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and prior to architecture Ron served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserves.
