Tim is President and CEO of CallisonRTKL. He formerly worked as Global Director of the ARCADIS Buildings business line, a member of the ARCADIS Senior Management Committee and Leadership Council. An internationally focused senior leader with premier technical transactional and operational performance skills complemented with expert leadership and management knowledge gained from 32 years of delivery and exposure to major global deals and transactions.
Tim joined EC Harris, an ARCADIS company, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor 1996. In 2002 Tim developed and led their Public Private Finance Consulting Department, leading capability across the deal map, consulting around the asset lifecycle and enabling transactions in all PFI/PPP sectors in the UK and Mainland Europe. He went on to become Regional Leader of the EC Harris European business.
Following the merger of EC Harris with ARCADIS in 2011, as a member of the ARCADIS board steering group, Tim shaped and crafted the optimum new operating and organisational model and successfully led the Project Create post merger integration and transformation team for EC Harris & ARCADIS across both the UK and Europe (eight countries).
