Simon Toplis is an Architect and Urban Designer for HTA. He is passionate about innovation, design quality and creating exemplars in urban and suburban housing. At the partner level, he leads across a wide range of regeneration and residential projects, with a contrasting set of urban regeneration projects at high density, often delivered through off-site manufacture. In total, Toplis has led the design of over 2,500 modular homes across build-to-rent, student, suburban and mix-used developments. The most recent of these is Ten Degrees, a residential tower in Croydon, providing 546 quality homes delivered faster and more sustainably.
