He is Managing Partner of HTA Design, an inter-disciplinary practice of architects and designers working to improve all forms of housing, which has been responsible for the design of some of the most innovative and influential housing developments of the past 20 years. Bayliss is a regular contributor to the debate on housing design, as both speaker and writer.
