In his seventeen years with Multiplex, Scott Madigan has worked on a number of key projects in Australia and the UAE. His early years with the company gave him a firm understanding of the ‘can do’ attitude and professionalism that gives Multiplex the reputation it enjoys today. His latest project, The Address Beach Resort (Jumeriah Gate), included twin 77 -story towers, 301 meters tall, connected via a 12-story sky bridge. The project has a 217 key hotel and 922 apartments with the lower floors of the skybridge strand jacked from ground to their final position, and a total project peak of 5500 men and over 30 million consecutive LTI free hours achieved.
