About Robert Pratt

Mr. Pratt has been based in Shanghai since 2010, leading Tishman Speyer's Design and Construction activities in China. Immediately prior to his relocation to China, he was the Project Executive for the Goldman Sachs Headquarters project in New York since April 2004. Prior to 2004 he was responsible for directing Tishman Speyer's design and construction activities in California and Chicago.

Since joining the firm in 1998, he has led the design and construction of projects in Houston, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Santa Monica. Previously, Mr. Pratt had extensive experience in his career at various Bovis group companies including projects in Chicago and New York as well as Canary Wharf in London, Petronas Tower One at Kuala Lumpur City Centre and The Venetian in Las Vegas. He graduated with honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a BArch in 1982.
