Kyle Mingins' diverse career has seen him involved on a number of significant projects over the last 12 years in New Zealand, Australia and the UK both in the public and private sector.
With a unique project management skill-set, his expertise lies in project set-up / establishment, stakeholder management, design management and construction / programming. He is also highly regarded for his experience in project feasibility and development management and has worked with a number of clients including Cbus Property, Riverlee, Orion International and Hengyi Pacific.
Since joining Duo Projects in 2015, Mingins has been involved in the delivery of Swanston Central, Collins Arch and 16 Spring Street.
He is currently actively managing the delivery of Collins Street's $1.25 billion Collins Arch mixed use development, which is slated for completion in late 2019.
