About Jeffrey Harper

Jeff Harper is a Vice President and senior consultant with 25 years of experience at JENSEN HUGHES. He is a a licensed professional engineer and degree fire protection engineer from the University of Maryland.

Jeff has worked on many projects developing fire and life safety programs, evaluating code compliance and developing equivalent approaches. He helped develop the SFPE Guide to Fire Protection in Very Tall Buildings. His tall building experience includes Burj Khalifa and Kingdom Tower, among others. He has expertise developing code compliance and equivalencies solutions that meet the intent of the building codes.
