About Hao Li

Hao Li founded "cityofchongqing.com" in 2013. It has become one of the most influential tall buildings websites in the Chongqing area of China. They maintain a good connection with several websites leading in their own region including "justxa.com" in Xi'an, "citydalian.com" in Dalian, "shenyangskyscrapers.com" in Shenyang, "tjnewcity.com" in Tianjin, "beijingupdates.com" in Beijing, "meilijinan.com" in Ji'nan, "upcd.org" in Chengdu, "citywuxi.com" in Wuxi, "suzhoucity.com" in Suzhou and "nbuc.net" in Ningbo. The website also maintains a connection with Loncin Land company on their project Chongqing Centre, a five-skyscraper complex in city center designed by Sir Richard Rogers.

From 2013 Hao started work in an architectural design company, as part of his personal architectural career. He earned a BA (Hons) Architecture and the certificate of Royal Institute of British Architects(RIBA) Part I in 2013 from Belfast School of Architecture. His past work includes the Apple Store Chongqing Paradise in Chongqing, designed by Woods Bagot and Chongqing Centre in Chongqing, designed by Sir Richard Rogers.

Hao joined the largest Chinese skyscraper website "skyscrapers.cn" and soon became its moderator of Chongqing area in 2007. Before its closure in 2010 he had already moved to one of the largest websites in Chongqing, "classic023.com," and became one of the administrators. After this he obtained a moderator place in a new-built Chinese skyscraper website, "gaoloumi.com." In 2013 they decided to launch their own website as they noticed the limitation of "classic023.com," as it was not opened to people living abroad and it was shut down on occasion. And then "cityofchongqing.com" was born.

Hao was also a member of Google Chongqing 3D Model team. The team builds nearly all the models on Google Earth in the Chongqing area. And the models are largely used by architectural design companies and rendering companies like AEDAS, Design Land Collaborative, Tighe Architecture. His spare time is usually contributed to taking photos to record the development of Chongqing city over the past several years.
