About Dennis Rehill

Dennis leads the Seattle office of WATG with a focus on commercial, residential and hospitality projects – on a variety of scales from urban infill to supertall. He has an extensive background and impressive portfolio of highly sustainable, mixed-use urban design projects, in the Middle East, Asia, North America, and Europe. Dennis holds certifications from the Passivhaus Institut, BREAAM as well as LEED.

At Gensler, Dennis was the Architectural Design Director, Northwest Region Tall Buildings Practice Area Leader and the Commercial Office Building Practice Area Leader. Dennis was Design Director of a pair of high-rise residential towers, as well as major building competitions including Skanska 2&U Tower and 888 2nd Ave Tower.

About Dennis Rehill

Dennis holds certifications from the Passivhaus Institut, BREAAM as well as LEED.

At Gensler, Dennis was the Architectural Design Director, Northwest Region Tall Buildings Practice Area Leader and the Commercial Office Building Practice Area Leader. Dennis was Design Director of a pair of high-rise residential towers, as well as major building competitions including Skanska 2&U Tower and 888 2nd Ave Tower.

Prior to Gensler, he honed his sustainable high-rise expertise at AS+GG on a series of highly sustainable supertall towers and comprehensive master plans for urban districts in Europe and entire cities in China. Most notable projects include: Goldenland Suzhou, Kingdom Tower and Tianfu Eco City.

Before joining AS+GG in 2008, Dennis was an Associate Director for Scott Tallon Walker Architects in Dublin. There he managed project teams in the design of sustainable corporate headquarters, office, residential, and masterplan developments. He also served as director of a low-energy research group and specialized in twin wall facade design.

From 1999-2003, Dennis was a design architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, where he worked with Adrian Smith on a number of projects, including two supertall structures, Burj Khalifa and 7 South Dearborn in Chicago. From 1996-1999, Dennis was a project architect with Architectural Concepts Inc., working on bespoke high-end single-family homes.
