About Chris Payne

Chris Payne has a decade of engineering, development, and project management experience, spanning sectors such as mixed-use, hospitality, residential, commercial, and heavy civil. Having spent many years of his career with a globally recognized General Contractor, Chris has had the opportunity to lead talented teams and deliver prominent Chicago high-rise developments such as 151 North Franklin Street and 455 North Park Drive.

With Riverside, Chris’ focus is construction, design, and execution oversight for Chicago's newest trophy tower, 110 North Wacker Drive, a 57-story office high-rise that will become Bank of America Tower when finished in late-2020.

Chris received Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business
