About

Ms. Aine Brazil has been responsible for the design and construction of high-rise offices, residential buildings, hotels, air-rights projects with long-span transfer systems, hospitals and parking garages. High on the list of accomplishments during her 30 years of experience is the role she played in leading the structural engineering team for the design of more than three million square feet of high-rise office development in the Times Square area. Other notable projects include the major expansion of New York Hospital spanning the FDR highway, the 60-story 731 Lexington Avenue mixed-use project, and Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

In 1999, Ms. Brazil was named one of “New York’s 100 Most Influential Women in Business” by Crain’s New York Business. In November 2006, she was honored as Woman of the Year by WX, New York Women Executives in Real Estate. In addition, she was a member of…
